Free Parent Education Class: Infant Care During the First Year of Life

Join us for an informative and supportive class designed for parents and caregivers of infants. Learn what to expect during your baby’s first year and how to support healthy growth and development. 

Topics We Will Cover: 

  • Well-child visits and preventive care 
  • Immunizations and keeping school records up to date 
  • Feeding, nutrition, and food transitions 
  • Screen time and building early reading habits 
  • Exercise and developmental milestones 
  • Potty training 
  • Vitamins 

Who should attend: Parents, caregivers, and families with infants or expecting a baby soon. 

Date: Tuesday, March 3 (English & Marshallese) and Wednesday, March 4 (Spanish) 

Time: 8:30 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. 

Location: Springdale Early Childhood Center
 400 Quandt Ave, Springdale, AR 72764

Facilitator: Dr. Enrique Gomez, Board-Certified Neonatal- Pediatrician 

A light meal and support resources will be provided.
