Prenatal & Parent Education Classes

Pregnancy and early parenthood can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Our Prenatal & Parent Education classes bring families together to learn about maternal health, share experiences, and build supportive connections. Led by trained professionals and community health workers, these sessions provide practical tools, information, and a safe learning environment where you feel welcomed and supported.

What We Offer

By partnering with local experts and professionals in your community, we provided a variety of classes focused on maternal and child health and wellness, including:

  • Prenatal education
  • Postpartum recovery and newborn care
  • Breastfeeding and infant feeding support
  • Safe sleep and car seat safety
  • Postpartum mental health
  • Stress management and self-care
  • Navigating healthcare and community resources
  • Parenting support and child development

By learning together, families are better prepared to offer informed support, strengthen communication, and make healthy decisions, leading to improved health outcomes and greater confidence during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

Build a New Support System
