Led by trained professionals and community health workers, these sessions provide practical tools, information, and a safe learning environment where you feel welcomed and supported.

Group-based education classes are available to moms in northwest Arkansas (Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington counties) and south Arkansas (Ashley, Columbia, Ouachita and Union counties).
